At Les Benjamins, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and hygiene seals remain intact and attached to the garments.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
